Frances has over 25 years experience leading change and transformation with companies on Wall Street, healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and Silicon Valley as an employee and consultant.
As a Board Member for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), Frances helped to establish the first global professional standards Change Management professionals. She has been a featured speaker at The Conference Board's Transformation Conference and ACMP Change Management Conferences.
Frances earned an MPA from New York University and has multiple professional credentials, including Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from the Association of Change Management Professionals, and Certified Change Practitioner with Prosci ®.
